Navy Southwest Partnership Playbook

Navy Region Southwest Marketing faced challenges with an outdated partnership development process that relied on analog tools like spreadsheets and static sales decks. Limited resources and a small team hindered their ability to generate new leads and expand their reach. To address these issues, we aimed to create a modern digital platform that streamlined the sales process, while showcasing partnership opportunities and attracting new collaborators.

Through interviews with staff and partners, the project team identified key areas for improvement and designed an innovative business development tool. This digital platform replaced inefficient methods with a visually engaging, scalable solution that modernized the marketing department’s approach. The tool lived on the client’s website and served as a valuable resource for outreach, making the process more efficient and effective.

The new platform delivered immediate results, including increased engagement with new partners, higher partnership revenue, and improved website traffic. It also maximized staff efficiency and created a strong foundation for future growth. By providing a scalable model and aligning the client’s marketing strategy with modern practices, the project positioned Navy Region Southwest Marketing for long-term success.
